Database Import & Setup 

• Ensure database is imported into CRM
• Review import to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Set up tags (Including DTD2)
• Setup quarterly touch plan for clients, vendors and advocates
• Setup auto-plans for incoming leads

Database Organization 

• Ensure database is tagged appropriately (Including DTD2)
• Ensure database relationships are set up correctly
• Create Filters for lead gen, marketing & touch plans
• Create auto-plans for incoming leads
• Create quarterly touch plan for past clients, vendors, and referral advocates
• Setup campaign to gather missing database contact information
• Setup holiday email campaign
• Setup database on Market Reports (As applicable)
• Setup campaign to get database using the app (As applicable)
• Setup transactions (As applicable)
• Setup finances and business tracking (As applicable)
