MEET THE TEAM

Hi, I am Kirsten. I have lived in North Carolina for 28 years and in the Triangle area for 24 of those. I am divorced with 2 amazing adult children (Anna & Noah) and son-in-law (Nick)! I have 2 dogs (Kona & Maui) that I co-parent, a fiesty little cat (Hali) and a chonky grand-kitty (Lulu).  

I have been in the real estate industry for over 24 years. I started as an agent and worked several years helping others buy and sell homes. I learned that I had a knack for the details, coordination and behind the scenes part of the real estate process. I moved into the operations side of real estate in 2004 and have over 15 years in real estate operations leadership and consulting. 

Through my years of experience, coaching, training and career development I found that I have a passion for helping others be successful and grow. I see potential and I help it flourish. 

I am excited to offer my services to agents looking to take their business to the next level. 

I design systems that care for people, not just guide them. My work lives at the intersection of UX design, accessibility, and inclusive research, where thoughtful interaction meets practical need. I've worked in healthcare SaaS and designed user experiences influenced by fintech and productivity systems, always focused on one goal: crafting experiences that feel intuitive, emotionally aware, and deeply respectful of how different people think, feel, and engage.

Good design, to me, isn't just functional, it's human.

Outside of work, you'll probably find me:

• Spoiling my cat Lulu, who insists she is part of my creative process 🐱
• Deep diving into random internet curiosities 🌊
• Reading memoirs, speculative fiction, or fantasy 📚
• Playing cozy, RPG, or strategy video games 🎮

These hobbies sharpen my sense of detail, problem-solving, and creative flexibility, which I bring to every project I work on.
